Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, enhance, and maintain ServiceNow applications and modules.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and design solutions that meet business needs.
- Mentor junior developers, providing guidance and best practices.
- Implement ITSM processes and workflows, driving continuous improvement.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within the ServiceNow platform.
Qualifications:
- Strong experience in ServiceNow, specifically in ITSM, HR, and app engine modules.
- At least 6 years of development experience, with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership or principal role.
- Expertise in ITSM is required; experience in additional areas is a plus.
- Familiarity with CMDB and ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD) is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills and professionalism.
